Las Vegas Paving Corp. started the Excavation & Grading Division in the early 1960's as a means to increase the asphalt paving business.
This Division is an integral part to Las Vegas Paving being successful in doing grading jobs throughout the state of Nevada. Some of these jobs include Interstate 15, Blue Diamond SR 160, Nellis Blvd., Lake Mead Blvd , Russell Rd and Las Vegas Beltway 215.
The Excavation and Grading Division has preformed many jobs outside the Las Vegas Valley. Other areas in the state where the Excavation & Grading Division completed jobs are Ely, Elko, Tonapah, Carson Valley, Immigrant Pass and Austin Summit.
The Excavation & Grading Division excels at performing many "earthmoving projects", building complete subdivisions, highways, site pads and parks just to mention a few.
Today Las Vegas Paving is ranked in the Top 60 as one of the United States' largest equipment Fleet Owners. The Excavation & Grading Division manage the majority of the equipment fleet that has put Las Vegas Paving at that rank.
